This one day retreat is an invitation to take a long exhale and relax into who you already are. A space to unveil, dive deeper and become intimate with all that is alive, moment to moment.
This day is intended to serve as a sanctuary, as a moment of pause and for us to go within. To ground into our sacred female bodies, where wisdom, intuition, creativity and sensory
knowing become available.
We will explore what naturally wants to happen in our bodies when we cultivate a felt sense of safety, connection, spaciousness and allowance for ourselves and for each other.
We will journey through different somatic practices and meditations that will allow us to experience our energy in a new way, to release what’s no longer needed, and to meet what longs to be met with presence and non-judgmental curiosity.
You will walk away with new tools & practices to make space for what is alive under the surface so you can meet the world from a place of empowerment, self-leadership, presence and trust.
